IT Project Manager

DGITS (DPDgroup IT Solutions) is a French-owned, Budapest-based medium-sized company providing modern IT solutions for one of Europe’s largest parcel delivery networks, DPDgroup. Our teams work on unique Java- and React-based development projects supporting DPDgroup’s entire parcel delivery process across Europe. We are looking for a new colleague for the position of:

IT Project Manager

Your responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support projects in partnership with senior project managers.
• Track project goals, timelines, and resources, and handle administrative tasks.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, document meetings, prepare status reports, and follow project KPIs.
• Collaborate with product managers and development teams to organize tasks.
• Support project progress and raise risks or issues in time.
• Assist with product rollouts across multiple countries in close cooperation with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in project management or a related field.
• Openness to learning and professional development, strong interest in IT projects.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent English for daily international communication.
• Advantage: basic experience with Jira, Confluence, or other agile tools.
• Advantage: experience in logistics or e-commerce environments.
